Experience: More than 3 years of experience in ERP systems management and implementation

Salary Range: No bar for deserving candidates

Location: Head Office, Siliguri

Job Description:

• Manage and maintain the ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training to users.
• Oversee the implementation of ERP upgrades and new modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
• Develop and maintain ERP documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Over 3 years of experience managing and implementing ERP systems.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
