Position: EHS Supervisor

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Diploma / BTech / BE (Mechanical, Civil)

Project: Data Centre Project

Overview: We seek an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Supervisor to join our team. The EHS Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and improving our EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and environmental concerns.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to address EHS issues and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Provide EHS training and educational programs for employees on topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of EHS programs through data analysis and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about current and emerging EHS regulations and best practices.
