We are looking for Manager / Sr.Manger / Assistant Manager -HR in Mumbai.

The candidate should be an MBA in HR from a premier college with hardcore recruitment experience in Building & Factory Segment /Infrastructure /Manufacturing domain.

Should be presentable, have good communication skills.
Minimum of 10 years experience.

The candidate should be able to do/understand
·         Recruitment strategy
·         Handle tracker/dashboards
·         Generate MIS
·         Manage a HR software
·         Negotiate and close offers independently.
·         Take Inductions.
·         Understand Competency Frameworks
·         Fair idea on Psychometric tool’s.
