The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent MBA graduates (HR specialization) to launch their HR careers in a fast-paced and exciting environment. As an HRBP, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees by partnering with various departments on a range of HR initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR programs.
• Provide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee growth and development.
• Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices.

Who We're Looking For:

• Recent MBA graduates with a specialization in HR (mandatory).
• 0-2 years of relevant HR experience (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A passion for HR and a desire to make a positive impact.
