Job Description:

As a Dotnet Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of healthcare solutions that are both robust and scalable. You will lead a team of developers, providing guidance and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of C#, .NET, SQL, and JavaScript, along with hands-on experience in React. Your ability to design complex systems using C# design patterns and to write efficient MS-SQL queries will be critical to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions in the healthcare domain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Key Requirements:

Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and JavaScript: A strong foundation in these technologies is essential for this role.
