IT Support Engineer - Long-Term Contract (Abu Dhabi, UAE)

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for end users.
• Providing technical support and guidance to staff via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, peripherals, and software.
• Monitoring network performance and identifying potential problems.
• Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect our IT infrastructure.
• Documenting IT procedures and troubleshooting solutions.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or a similar role.
• A strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, and software.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle technical inquiries from non-technical users.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and remote desktop support tools.
• Experience with Active Directory, network troubleshooting tools, and security software is a plus.
• A valid UAE work visa or the ability to obtain one is mandatory.
