Job Opening: Manager - Land Acquisition & Liaison

Industry: Solar (IPP / EPC)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (Land Acquisition & Liaison)

CTC: Up to Rs. 15 LPA

Location: Maharashtra

Language Requirement: Marathi is mandatory. Candidates without Marathi proficiency will not be considered.

Sector Requirement: Only candidates with experience in the Solar sector should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Land Acquisition & Identification
• Conducting Site Surveys
• Drafting MOUs and Due Diligence of Land
• Drafting Agreements (Lease, Sale, etc.)
• Handling Legal Documents: Lease Deed, Sale Deed, Partition Deed, etc.
• Managing Land Aggregation & Acquisition Process
• Overseeing Approval Processes
• Maintaining MIS and other documentation
