Position: Team Leader - Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Project

Project: National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) O&M Project

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• A minimum of 20 years of professional experience in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) with a strong background in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, particularly in the infrastructure sector.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale highway or infrastructure projects is essential.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire operation and maintenance activities for the NHAI project.
• Ensure the project meets all technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including NHAI officials, contractors, and local authorities.
• Lead the team in planning, executing, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to optimize project performance.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and any issues that arise.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of O&M best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
