Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Design Engineer to join our team in Baska, near Vadodara, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical engineering and proficiency in design software. This role is crucial for developing and improving our automotive products and ensuring they meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

   • Utilize SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other design software to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings.
   • Develop innovative design solutions to meet project requirements and improve product performance.

2. Project Management:

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with project timelines.
   • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

3. Quality Assurance:

   • Conduct design reviews and ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
   • Perform testing and analysis to validate design concepts.

4. Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate records of design processes, modifications, and project documentation.
   • Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the automotive field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD design software.
  • Familiarity with the latest design tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
