Key Responsibilities:

ERP Management: Oversee and manage the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and operation across all departments.
IT Support: Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and computer systems.
Network Administration: Manage and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring continuous connectivity and system uptime.
Data Management: Maintain and organize data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and user experience, implementing solutions as needed.
Software Proficiency: Utilize Google Sheets and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and provide ERP and IT solutions that support business goals.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ERP management and IT support.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, server management, network configuration, and troubleshooting.
Software Proficiency: Expertise in Google Sheets and MS Office is a must.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff.
