Role and Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for both automated and
manual testing.
 Lead the automation testing efforts, ensuring the development of robust and scalable test
scripts.
 Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks.
 Perform functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing.
 Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide testing
feedback.
 Identify, document, and track bugs, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
 Ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines include automated
testing.
 Mentor and guide junior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
 Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing.
 Document testing processes, results, and best practices.
 Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Required skills:
 5+ years of professional experience in software testing, with a focus on CRM and mobile
applications.
 Experience with manual testing techniques and tools.
 Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit,
TestNG).

 Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript.
 Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
 Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 Experience with mobile and CRM application testing.
 Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is an added
advantage.
 Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is an added advantage.
 Passion for fitness and an understanding of the impact of diet and nutrition on consumer
health.
