We are hiring for the Asst Manager / Manager - Civil
Education- B. Tech in Civil Eng

Minimum 10 year experience of relevant experience as a Cost Estimation
(Solar) expert

Objective / Purpose:
Shall be responsible for Techno-commercial evaluation of tenders for Civil Works, Coordination with
relevant concerned stake holders, Collection or market rates / inputs, risk assessment, evaluating
possible cost optimization measures and costing of tender BOQ.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Planning, Cost Estimation and Civil Site
Execution to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the cost
estimation, budget preparation, risk analysis, vendor management and cost control. Responsible for

Key Responsibilities:
 Preliminary evaluation of tender technical specifications & drawings for civil works
 Coordination with tender team & design team for detailed technical evaluation of tenders
 Identification of potential risks & raising technical query if any for the same
 Coordination with Site Visit Team for collection of site inputs & local market rates
 Deployment of technical agencies during initial stages of Bid for preliminary activities like soil
investigation / hydrology / bathymetry to ascertain the site & for better competitive design.
 Evaluation of design BOQ against the tender requirements
 Evaluation of possible cost optimization measures as per the tender requirements
 Collections of quotes / offers from market/ subcontractors for critical & major items.
 Costing of tender BOQ
 Collection & evaluation of competitor technical & execution strategy.
 Maintaining cost database of tenders
 Competitor Analysis & Identification, Evaluation and Introduction of New Vendors/ sub-
contractors from market
 Understanding of civil GFC drawings from design team, internal estimation of the same,
identification of relevant contractors for work execution, floating of enquiries, follow-up and
collection of quotations;
 Negotiation with contractors technically & commercially for finalization of unit rates for all civil
works.
 Finalization of MOM & terms & conditions with subcontractors and preparation of Comparison
statements / HPC Approvals / Work Package Approvals for work order initiation.
coordination with project site execution teams across PAN India.
The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, excellent communication, negotiation skills for
finalization of order, and prior site execution experience skills.
