• Qualifications: B.Tech (Civil) or M.Tech (Civil)
• Experience:
  • Total: 18+ years of experience in civil engineering.
  • Relevant: At least 9-10 years of experience in bridge projects, specifically in 2/4/6-laning projects.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage bridge construction and structural projects.
  • Ensure timely project execution, maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including contractors, consultants, and governmental authorities.
  • Conduct site inspections, review designs, and provide technical guidance on project specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any project issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with regulatory norms.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong expertise in bridge and structural engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management, design, and execution of bridge projects.
  • Familiarity with current construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
  • Experience with managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
  • Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
