We are hiring for the position of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Process Safety in Vadodara, Karakhadi at a leading chemical manufacturing company.

🔹 Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Process Safety
🔹 Location: Vadodara, Karakhadi
🔹 Experience Required: 7 to 9 years

Primary Role

We seek a skilled professional to lead and enhance our Process Safety Management (PSM) systems. This role involves hazard identification, risk assessment, and ensuring operational safety by aligning with regulatory and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) for new and existing processes.
• Oversee Management of Change (MOC) and ensure smooth implementation.
• Manage PHA schedules and action plans.
• Conduct incident investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Perform Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) and audits.
• Train personnel on process safety standards and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations like NFPA 30 and other industry norms.
• Proficient in handling processes like Hydrogenation, Oxidation, Grignard Reaction, and Vacuum Distillation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 7–9 years of experience in Process Safety Management.
• Proficiency in tools like PHA, MOC, RCA, PSSR, HAZOP, and What-if analysis.
• Hands-on expertise with process equipment (reactors, distillation columns, boilers, compressors, etc.).
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, auditors, and regulatory bodies effectively.

Key Skills:

• Leading Process Hazard Analysis (PHA).
• Conducting PSSR and managing MOC.
• Incident investigation and RCA.
• Compliance with Process Safety Standards and risk mitigation strategies.
