ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
(i)    Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum of 12 years’ Experience in Handling Contracts pertaining to Construction industry
OR

(i)    Diploma in Civil engineering with minimum of 15 years Experience in Handling Contracts pertaining to Construction Industry
