LANGUAGE - English
Mandatory skills:
1. CA - intermediate qualification and Articleship of three years with a recognized
firm is mandatory
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles
3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS office suite, especially Excel. Knowledge of ZOHO books is preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
2. GST and Income Tax Compliance: Review and ensure accurate preparation of GST returns and income tax returns. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
3. General Ledger Management: Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of the general ledger. Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and documented.
4. Month-end and Year-end Closing: Perform month-end and year-end closing activities efficiently and on schedule. Prepare necessary financial reports and analyses as required.
5. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist in financial analysis, variance analysis, and budget preparation. Generate financial reports and provide insights to support management decision-making.
6. Audit Support: Assist in external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
