Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring that the project is progressing as per the planned schedule and specifications.
2. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
3. Coordination: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and address any on-site issues promptly.
4. Safety Management: Ensure that all safety protocols are strictly adhered to on-site, minimizing risks and ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of construction progress, materials used, and any changes to the original plans or specifications.
6. Problem Solving: Address any technical issues that arise during construction, providing practical solutions to keep the project on track.
