Position: Operations Head - Hot Rolling Mill & Strip Rolling Mill
Location: West Africa
Qualification: Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering or a relevant field
Experience: 7+ Years

Industry Preferred: Steel Manufacturing Industry

Job Description:

• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee and manage the daily operations of hot rolling mills and strip rolling mills, ensuring production targets are achieved.
• Develop Strategies: Create and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety within the mills.
• Maintenance Oversight: Supervise maintenance activities to reduce downtime and optimize the performance of equipment.
