Jaipur Smart City Ltd. is seeking a qualified Project Management Consultant (PMC) to oversee critical infrastructure development projects within the city. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing transformation of Jaipur into a smarter and more sustainable urban environment.

Project Details:

Key Roles:

• Chief Construction Manager:
  • Qualifications:
    • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a reputed institute.
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

    • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and contract administration.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide overall leadership and direction for the construction phase of the project.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive project execution plan.
    • Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
    • Oversee the quality of construction work and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
    • Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    • Report project progress to Jaipur Smart City Ltd. on a regular basis.
• Waste Expert Water:
  • Qualifications:
    • Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in sewerage network designs and construction.
    • Proven experience on at least two large-scale sewerage projects with Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) implementation.
    • Strong understanding of wastewater treatment technologies and best practices.
    • Expertise in designing and implementing efficient and sustainable sewerage systems.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, contractors, and environmental authorities.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead the design and implementation of new or upgraded sewerage networks.
    • Provide technical expertise on wastewater treatment technologies and STP operations.
    • Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations related to wastewater management.
    • Advise on strategies for minimizing water waste and promoting water reuse.
    • Support the Chief Construction Manager in overseeing the construction of sewerage infrastructure.
    • Prepare technical reports and documentation related to waste management projects.
