Job Description:

As a Supply Chain Demand Planner, you will lead and enhance the Planning/Supply Chain function across Pan India. Your role will be pivotal in achieving strategic operational goals, focusing on productivity, reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in line with FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and other standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecasting/Demand Supply: Balance current inventory needs with future sales and customer demands.
• Logistics Management: Optimize geographical routes and transportation methods to ensure timely shipments.
• Inventory Management: Utilize inventory management software to maintain a steady flow of goods.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to new vendors or cost-saving measures that may impact delivery.
• Drive Efficiencies: Analyze and improve current processes for cost reduction and better inventory control.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
