Job Overview:

The ERP Coordinator will be responsible for managing the efficient operation of the Nway ERP system across various business functions. The role involves configuring, supporting, and optimizing the ERP system to improve process efficiency and ensure smooth business operations. The coordinator will work closely with various departments such as Accounts, HR, Production, Project Management, and Procurement to ensure that all processes are fully supported by the ERP system and functioning seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP System Management:
    • Administer, configure, and maintain the Nway ERP system for all business modules (Accounts, HR Admin, Production, Project Management, Store, Purchase).
    • Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
    • Manage and coordinate the implementation and daily operation of the Nway ERP system.
    • Oversee all relevant modules: Accounts, HR Admin, Production, Project Management, Store, and Purchase.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve Nway ERP-related issues efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate logs of system activities, errors, and user requests.
