Temporary Registration:

Permanent Registration:

Applying for a Driving License Online
- Visit Parivahan
- Select 'Driving License Related Services'
- Choose Bihar from the state menu
- Click ‘Apply Online’ and select a new driver's license
- Enter your learner’s permit number and date of birth
- Fill out the form and upload documents
- Pay the fee and obtain a unique application number
- Visit the nearest RTO to submit original documents and schedule a driving test
- Attend the driving test and await your license (usually within 3-4 weeks)
