Vehicle Registration in Bihar

Types of Registration:

  1. Temporary Registration:

Applying for a Driving License Online

  1. Visit Parivahan
  2. Select 'Driving License Related Services'
  3. Choose Bihar from the state menu
  4. Click ‘Apply Online’ and select a new driver's license
  5. Enter your learner’s permit number and date of birth
  6. Fill out the form and upload documents
  7. Pay the fee and obtain a unique application number
  8. Visit the nearest RTO to submit original documents and schedule a driving test
  9. Attend the driving test and await your license (usually within 3-4 weeks)
