🔹 1. Mechanical Manager
📌 Experience: Minimum 6 years
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and servicing of construction plant and machinery.
- Ensure proper functioning and operational efficiency of heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, bulldozers, and batching plants.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and technical support.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain records and documentation of machine performance and servicing.
📌 Skills Required:
- Strong technical knowledge of construction machinery and equipment.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
